You Can Win The Insurance Industry's War Against Injured Workers
YOU CAN WIN THIS WAR
Insurance companies have declared war on injured people. The moment you were injured, you became “public enemy number one” to the insurance company. They will malign you and attack your character. They will pry into your personal and medical history to try and find embarrassing facts to use against you. They will use anything in your past, whether or not it has anything to do with your claim, to harass you, beat you down and discourage you from seeking the money you deserve. They began fighting you even before you became injured. For years insurance industry publicity and advertising campaigns have tried to create in the minds of the general public an image of the injured person as someone who is unworthy of creditability and respect. The insurance industry wants the public to hate the injured person and to think of them as liars and cheaters and as someone who is seeking something for nothing. The purpose of this unfair smear campaign is to try to convince jurors, even before you are injured, that you should not recover for the personal injury inflicted upon you by a negligent driver.
Their purpose is also to persuade law makers (U.S. Congressmen and State Legislators) to do away with long standing laws which protect all citizens from harm from drunk drivers and other wrongdoers. The insurance industry calls this “tort reform.”
The success that insurance companies have had in tainting the minds of jurors has caused them to offer “law ball” settlements and forced injured people to either accept their inadequate offers or go to court.
However, when you have a meritorious claim and have suffered personal injury, insurance companies will pay an adequate award if they know you will go to court to protect your rights.
That is where we come in. We will show the insurance company that we will take them to court with your meritorious claim.
If you have a valid claim, this is a war that can be won against the insurance company. We will help you “make things right.”
